Returns Policy & Process
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an repair or ex change.
The product must be returned in within 30 days of original purchase date in a reasonble condition. All returns are send to us on buyers expense.
Any faults will be checked in-house towards wrong or rough usage, used in a manner part was not build and designed for etc.
In case your carried out work is the reason for a fault or problem, we will void any return or exchange.
Southern Spirit Campervans will not compensate your in any way for the lost time and any cost to return the parts to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any repairs due to vehicle accident, weather damage or negligence use.
For aligable returns we will send you a credit note unless yoou habe specified buy supplying your bank details for a money back refund.
Custom made products like curtains, upholstery, fly screens and other farbics can nOT be returned as the have been made to order (unless they are not fit for the purpose).
All faulty parts which are under third party warranty as fridges, lights, coolers, stoves etc. should be arranged by the purchaser direcly with the manufacturer and NOT through us. We are happy to assist if any appliances fault appairs and will guide you to the manufacturer service& warranty center.
